I am tired of calling them 2-3 times a week to lower my speeds back to 5mbs. I need to have this issue addressed by verizon. » Windstream DSL FAQ » Modem DSL Statistics? this mean Sync issues with the central office = Disconnects oftenĪgain notice the SNR is now 15dB - perfect for me and all other users of DSL. This is my Log file from the actiontec modem ( gt784wn ) The only fix that works for me is lowing my DSL speed to 5mbs Wondering why you get disconnected from the internet ? It could be your SNR is too Low. 10mbs becomes unstable as the SNR goes down to 6dB. Right now i have to call Verizon in NYC about 1-3 times a week to have them lower my downstream speed to 5mbs ( 5888kbp ).
